To that effect, we provide:  - Generator, heater, TV  - Hangers, iron, torch  - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Library - Secured, shared parking space for up to 3 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor.  - Electric and oil heaters, king-sized, valley views and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. - TV is offered in the room on the ground floor.  BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached, 1 common.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - Bathtubs are offered in all the attached bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor and can seat up to 15 people.  - The dining room is a part of the living room and can seat up to 6 people.  - There is a 21,780 sq. ft lawn. - It can seat up to 60 people at any given time.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen.  - Kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a toaster, an induction plate, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Meals are priced at Rs.800 per meal for vegetarian and Rs.900 per meal for non-vegetarian, per person, per day. - Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Nagar Delight and Nightingale Cafe.   - BBQ is available at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person per day for veg and Rs. 2500 per person per day for non-veg. - Guests are required to update if barbeque is required 72 hours prior from check in date.  - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas, except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 maid staff and 1 driver at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per person, per day, excluding meals. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.  HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. - The indoor fireplace is not operational.  - This property is not suitable for pets.  - There is no water purifier. The tap water comes filtered. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.  - We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. - Guests are required to update if barbeque is required 72 hours prior from check in date. - During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.
