Experience a central beachfront location and wake up to stunning sea views in our stylishly decorated third-floor, family-friendly beachside apartment. Start your day with a refreshing morning dip in the sea or enjoy a sunset bike ride along the promenade. The apartment features modern furnishings & a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. Enjoy super soft towels, fresh bedding and high-speed Wi-Fi for a comfortable stay. A allocated parking space is available with your stay. The space Our lovely Apartment has a large, bright living area with windows overlooking the beautiful sea, beach and pier from its 3rd-floor viewpoint. You will see the beautiful sunrise and the sunset :) The open-plan living area has a contemporary dining room table that can seat six people (a great place for morning coffee). Two large sofas, one of which turns into a comfortable double sofa bed. There is a flat-screen television and super-fast wi-fi connected to allow you access to your own streaming services. The good-sized kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a sink with a drainer. The kitchen comes equipped with a toaster, kettle, coffee machine with complementary Hot Drinks selection, kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses. The first bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, with clean fresh linen and huge fluffy towels. Two wardrobes, either side of the bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a comfortable small double bed with linen and fluffy towels. The family Bathroom is also modern and a good size with a bath, shower, sink and WC. Worthing is home to beautiful Georgian and Victorian architecture. A stroll through the town reveals charming streets lined with period buildings and historic landmarks. Highdown Gardens, a hidden gem, offers a serene setting with unique plant collections and stunning views over the sea. The Apartment is a fantastic location close to start the Worthing Parkrun, touring West Sussex, experiencing outdoor adventures like Goodwood, visiting boutique shops and parks or just having a relaxing seaside retreat. Guest access There is a lock box for access to the apartment. The code will be provided prior to check-in and will open the lockbox allowing you to retrieve the keys to the front door and stairs leading to your private entrance apartment on the third floor. If you’re driving: There is an allocated parking space available for guests free of charge behind the building on Augusta Place. Additional paid parking at Grafton Road multi-storey car park is just a two-minute walk. Other things to note The flat is on the third floor, up three flights of stairs. Our lovely apartment may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or with lots of luggage. The 'Cellar Arts Bar' is in the basement of the building they have Poetry nights, Life Drawing and live music on a Friday and Saturday which ends at midnight. The apartment is on the third floor so it shouldn't bother you but it is something to be aware of (you could always go and have a boogie :)
