Featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with large glass bi-fold doors opening onto a private covered deck with expansive and uninterrupted views. Away from it all, yet close to everything this world renowned wine region has to offer. This peaceful retreat is off a quiet country road, down a long private driveway framed by gum trees, and a boardwalk across the lawn, where native birds and animals abound. There are a multitude of cellar doors and eateries close by, plus bike and walking trails, farmers markets, beaches, historic townships, galleries, and local festivals to explore and discover. Other things to note Alluca Villa is situated on the grounds of a working vineyard and from time to time there may be tractors and workers tending the vines, as well as those of surrounding properties. Having said that, we try our utmost to avoid disturbing our guests, and take pride in providing a peaceful and private experience for our guests. The villa interior is strictly non smoking.
