Cozy, comfy, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage w/kitchen

The Cozy Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with ample space to accommodate 4 guest maximum, this includes children. (No extra guest or party events are accepted). You may enjoy kicking back and relaxing in this calm, stylish space or you may need to use the cottage for a home base while working on the road. In Either case, the large open fully equipped kitchen/dining area, living room with a desk/work space and the cottage's large private yard should meet your needs. The space The fully equipped kitchen comes with full size appliances including a gas range, smaller appliances such as mixer, blender, slow cooker, toaster and keurig/drip coffee maker. A basic supply of condiments and breakfast foods to get you started is also provided. The cottage also comes with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and a ample supply of cleaning products. The living room has a 50" smart tv w/wifi and dvd player. We have gathered a assortment of books games puzzles and dvds for entertainment. The first bedroom is furnished with a full bed, vanity area, walk in closet and an on suite bath with shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, 32" tv, (the second bath is just out side the bedroom door and has a shower/tub) Both bedrooms comes with two sets of sheets, extra pillows and plenty of blankets. We have one pacnplay w/ changing table avaliable for infants under 12 months. Both bathrooms comes with plenty of large fluffy towels, wash clothes and hand towels. The cottage bathrooms also comes with a supply of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, 2n1 for men and lotions. We've even got tooth paste, just incase you forget! We are always happy to be avaliable for our guest seeing that we live just across the drive way. Do to the landscaping around the cottage we may need to water while we have guest. Guest access Guest have access to the cottage large back yard with children's play set. (For children 12 and under) Hosts are not responsible for unsupervised play or accidents. (Again, hosts are not responsible for accidents) Garnett also has two fishing lakes and a reservoir just minutes away. (Fishing licence required) And there are plenty of flea markets and antique shopping avaliable for a nice day trip. Other things to note Our cottage is ONLY avaliable for a MAXIMUM of 4 guest (with an addition of 1 infant ONLY). NO PETS!! PLEASE don't ask if a favorite pet can come because I can not allow them. NO PARTIES or Special Events are allowed at the cottage. DAY GUEST need to have permission from host, but are not allowed to stay over night unless FEES are paid ($10 per person per day) and they do not exceed the 4 guest MAXIMUM.
