Gorgeous Guest House near Stratford Upon Avon

A newly built, luxurious, detached, 1 bedroom guest house in the heart of Shakespeare's Warwickshire. A perfect countryside property for 2 people, conveniently situated 12 minutes by car from Stratford Upon Avon and only 25 minutes to the Cotswolds. Local to the historic Roman town of Alcester and for functions and events at Ragley Hall. The Annexe is in a small village within easy reach of amenities, attractions and is situated on 2 walking routes. insta. theannexe.warwickshire The space The inviting, boutique space is designed to make our guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The Kitchen space incorporates a fridge and ice box, a dishwasher, oven and hob and is fully equipped. The Nespresso coffee machine and capsules are available to use as well as tea, sugar, oil, salt & pepper are left for use. The kitchen has dining table and chairs for 2 and a few welcome treats will be left for guests! Upstairs the space includes a living area with wall mounted television (BBC/ITV/C4 set up, feel free to sign in to Netflix, Apple TV etc) There is a desk and two sofas to relax on and magazines and books left to enjoy. The bathroom has a shower and coconut Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash by Faith in Nature is available for use. Hand Soap is also provided along with fluffy towels and a toiletries storage area. The bedroom consists of a brand new double bed, clean, fresh and pressed bed linen (very comfortable to sleep in!). There is a set of draws and valet stand, arm chair and bedside draws plus a hairdryer and wall mounted television. There is parking at the side of The Annexe with private outside seating. We have an electric charging point available in the main driveway if required (please let me know if you would like bring an electric car for charging compatibility and costs.) The space has been created with a simple muted colour palette and soft textures. It is cleaned thoroughly and personal touches are left to help you enjoy your stay. Guest access The entire accommodation of The Annexe is for the guests only. A key lock box is for self check in after 3pm and the details are sent prior to the arrival date. Hosts are next door and give you privacy but are also there to help if is needed. Other things to note A welcome book provides details of recommended local places to visit, shop and guide for eating out. Requests, requirements and advice always given before the visit if needed and during your stay. If you would like any additional items such as a Breakfast Basket organised please message for details.
