Self-Contained Studio in Saratoga

Unwind and relax in our Garden Studio, self-contained space, with its own private entrance on the lower level of our home. We are 2 minutes from Saratoga waterfront, half-way between Gosford and Avoca Beach (approx. 15mins each) and 20 minutes to Terrigal. Great area for fishing, boating, kayaking, cycling, coastal & bush walks. There are numerous wonderful local beaches within 20 min drive Saratoga and Davistown and Terrigal have great foreshore walks & beautiful sunsets. The space Our Garden Suite has been recently renovated, it is north facing so gets lots of sun. The space is self contained with one Queen size bed, combined lounge area and a breakfast nook, there's a doorway into the tiled combined shower/toilet & kitchenette and the timber guest entry door. There's a sliding glass door off the lounge space onto the covered terrace that overlooks our garden. If you have a child (12 and under) a single bed can be provided, please let us know when booking. The guests kitchenette/bathroom is equipped with bar fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle, crockery, glasses & cutlery etc, being a kitchenette there is no oven, but there is a BBQ to use, on request. Also comes with air-conditioning and heaters. There is no smoking on the premises. Guest Access On the day of arrival please park in the driveway or outside the main house. Entry to the Garden Room is via the wooden gate on the left side of the garage, along the gravel pathway onto the terrace. The first door is your private access entry door. On the wall to the right, next to the window, is a key lock box (a 4 digit code will be sent prior to your arrival to access your door key). We will consider selective outdoor pets welcome on application. Long Term Stays If you are staying longer than two weeks, linen will be provided every fortnight. The cleaning of the unit is the guests responsibility, with cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket being provided. Guest access Guests are welcome to use our under cover terrace and garden. Other things to note Please relax and play music and use the TV as we will be doing upstairs. All our noise will cease by 10pm. If you go to bed earlier please let us know so the noise upstairs will finish earlier. If you have an animal, please keep them off the carpets and the bed please. Please pickup all droppings each day and put in the large red bin near the gate. Also two kayaks are available with lifejackets to hire at $60 for minimum 2 - 3 hours, payment can be made on the premises, this is always weather permitting. Again please give us plenty of notice. If the bin becomes full, please feel free to dispose of bagged rubbish in our outside bins. Red general rubbish, Yellow for recyclables.
