Across from the library, many restaurants, golf course nearby, and a 10 minute walk to the river at Sellwood park. The space This 1 bedroom is a private guest suite on the second level of a multi unit building. Enjoy a sunlight filled apartment. You'll enter a large living space and simple kitchen. Enjoy the seating area with a sofa and smart TV. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, portable burner, Breville toaster oven, fridge/freezer, and coffee / tea options. Next enter the bedroom with a deluxe bathroom, heating/cooling unit you control, and a dedicated wifi connection. The bathroom includes basic amenities, plush towels, and a large walk-in shower with a bench for your comfort. There is a large closet and a desk with a view of Sellwood.
