Casa-Varanda do Cais is located right in front of the Águeda River, next to all the city's seasonal tourist attractions. The house is old but renovated, with good amenities. If the private loft is an excellent retreat for guests (ideal for couples), the balcony overlooking the river is the space's ex-libris. The space The house offers a private loft, for the exclusive use of guests, with a double bed, private bathroom, large window overlooking the river, hammock, poufs, desk, HD TV with 360º swivel system, piano, Wi-Fi, chariot and exercise equipment (treadmill and Pilates ball). In the loft, it is also possible to install an extra single bed, if necessary. The house has two other bedrooms on the main floor, which can also be added to the reservation when needed. On this floor, for common use, there is a full bathroom assigned to the bedrooms (although not inside), an equipped kitchen, laundry, closet, living room with a balcony and river view. Guest access In addition to the bedroom(s) that are booked, the kitchen and living room, on the main floor, are available for shared use among guests.
