Located less than 15 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg in King George County's historic Passapatanzy district. You’ll have all the privacy you could want without missing the convenience of a local grocer where you can pick up dinner and drinks. We created two first-floor master bedroom suites with private entrances and incredible hardscapes, each overlooking acres of fields and forest. On the second floor, we offer two beautiful bedrooms that feature exposed historic bricks and rafters. They share a third full bathroom with a waterfall shower. RELAX in one of Three King Sized Beautiful Beds that include beautiful lenins and plenty of pillows. REJUVENATE in one of three Shower Spas. Each includes body jets, waterfall faucets. The water is from a Spring Fed well and goes through 6-stages of filtration, including UV-disinfect to ensure it’s crystal clear and delicious. RECHARGE on the second-story Sun Deck that overlooks the pasture and tree line.
