Charming 1 bedroom annex in a rural location

A self contained annex that can accommodate up to 4. The top floor is given over to the main double bedroom with views over the nearby woodland, while downstairs is a bathroom & open plan kitchen/ living area with a sofa bed that can sleep a further 2 people. The annex has dedicated parking & outside patio which makes the most of the countryside location. It is close by The Grove hotel, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Leavesden film studios, & links to London via public transport & the M25 The space The annex is a self contained guest building adjacent to the main house. Downstairs is an open plan living/kitchen area with a sofa bed, & upstairs is the master bedroom. Outside is a private patio & parking space for guests. Ideal for two, cozy for four. A great base for working, or visiting the area. Guest access The entire annex & patio is yours to enjoy. The main gate at the bottom of the drive is currently awaiting repair, thus has to be opened manually. Other things to note Families & groups of four are welcome at the annex, but please bear in mind that there are only two double beds, one of which is a sofa bed in the living space. We are in a quiet rural area without streetlights, so the drapes on the large windows in the main bedroom are delicate to allow maximum natural light to enter the space. However the blinds on the remaining windows, including the Velux over the bed in the main bedroom, are blackout. We want your stay to be as safe & comfortable as possible, so please also note that the trellis around the patio is a little fragile, hence the height warning.
