Welcome to the Loft! This lovely 1 bed, 2-storey self contained unit offers a quiet escape during your stay. Located at the rear of our property with total privacy, the Loft provides a unique and stylish space with all the amenities you could want or need. While downstairs has an open plan living area, upstairs features a beautiful loft bedroom with exposed rafters. Located less than 1km from Queanbeyan CBD and only 20 mins from Canberra city centre. The space Downstairs A huge open plan living space that includes a chaise lounge seating area and dining table, full kitchen with Nespresso machine, bathroom, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, WiFi and split system air conditioning. There’s even an electric heater fireplace. Upstairs The loft bedroom features a queen sized bed, a cosy lounge retreat and a desk area. There is another split system air conditioner to keep the room comfortable, while the endless natural light and exposed rafters give it a bright and airy feel. Outdoors There is a relaxing deck area just out the door with a 4 seater outdoor dining set and festoon lighting. In the warmer months, the large tree provides the deck with shade and a great ambience. Location You’ll love our location, being only 1km from the Queanbeyan CBD, 15 minutes from Canberra Airport and just 20 minutes to the centre of Canberra itself. Parking & Security There is an automatic gate to the property that is locked overnight (key will be provided) and security cameras. There is a large circular driveway for off street parking for your convenience. Booking Restrictions Unfortunately at this time, we don't allow children under the age of 12 or any pets to stay. The number of guests per reservation is restricted to 2 guests only. Guest access You will have access to your own private entrance to the detached unit, a deck space that’s shared with us, and use of the circular driveway for on site parking.
