Tranquil studio set amongst the trees

Delightful studio apartment in County Down, NITB approved, 1 mile from Finnebrogue Woods, a 10 minute drive to Killyleagh, 20 minutes to Strangford or 30 minutes from Newcastle and the Mourne Mountains. This is the perfect venue from which to explore the area or stay overnight if invited to a nearby wedding. The space Self contained studio apartment including bedroom with king size bed and sitting area, en-suite bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin, shower and open plan kitchen with table and two chairs, fridge with freezer box, microwave, double hob, kettle and toaster. Guests will enjoy tea and coffee and a welcome pack including porridge, granola, milk and some other locally sourced goodies. Guest access The studio is accessed from the road with free parking in a private driveway, steps from the front door of the property. Keys will be collected from a coded security box on an adjacent wall. Other things to note The apartment is attached to the main house, but has its own parking area, patio and private part of the garden. We are available if needed, but otherwise leave you in peace. We do have a dog and two cats who you might see roaming in the garden, they are all friendly.
