Paraiso De Bamboo a Nature Retreat in Esmeraldas

Welcome to the Ecuadorian Coast! We are a retreat in the middle of nature where you can relax. Enjoy captivating views, taste new fruits, or sip on a coconut while laying on a hammock. You will see many different kinds of birds from our wrap around balcony, large windows throughout the house, and private master suite balcony. At night time when it rains enjoy the soothing sounds that make you sleep peacefully. We offer you a comfortable unique house to enjoy a serene and tranquil experience. The space This is a brand new building made out of bamboo and wood floors. The house is three stories, on the first floor you will find a small unit where the manager of the property lives. Also we have an outdoor dining table, hammocks, swings, and a pool, outdoor shower on large patio and yard filled with fruit trees. On the second and third floor is where you will stay, we have a wrap around balcony all around the second floor to enjoy the views. All rooms are very large with comfortable beds. This area is tropical, hot, and humid. We don't have air conditioner but we do have fans. Also, the refreshing pool will help you stay cool on hot days. Sometimes it rains but is mostly at night time which is very soothing and relaxing. Just like in any tropical area you might encounter mosquitoes so bring your repellent to prevent bites, specially at night time if you are lounging in the hammocks. This town is known for the cacao farms, so if you wish to tour one we will be glad to make arrangements for you but you have to wear appropriate rain boots because your shoes will get stuck on the mud. You will pick the cacao fruit, taste it, and also learn how to make chocolate. We also have unique fruits in our property that we will be happy to let you taste. We also offer food services with the fruits and veggies from our farms, if you don't feel like cooking and want to taste our traditional food we'll be glad to accommodate you. Guest access Feel free to explore the whole property. The only area that you can't access is the bottom unit which is the property manager's house. Other things to note We also offer canoe rides on the river where you can enjoy the sights and a refreshing swim.
