The space The house, recently renovated and furnished, consists in its characteristic style of: • Comfortable living area with sofa bed, HD Smart TV, large dining table, wood-burning fireplace and window overlooking the garden. • The open kitchen includes a practical snack and cooking area equipped with appliances, accessories, coffee maker and kettle. • Bright bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. • Characteristic Italian-style double bedroom, equipped with all amenities: dimmable lights, two sets of pillows, wardrobe and mirror. • Cozy room with 2 single beds equipped with dresser and mirror. All rooms are equipped with heating. • The property has a garden overlooking the vegetable garden and surrounding vineyards, with outdoor table and chairs. On our hill, children can play in the meadow while older people relax in the shade of the trees enjoying the view of the landscape. You can buy wines and other products directly from local farms. For an authentic experience, we will be happy to guide and advise you in discovering typical local products. Guest access We provide guests with free private parking. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is easy to access. Other things to note Private events are organized inside the farmhouse. Music is allowed during events until 10 p.m.!
