Enjoy a relaxing stay in this charming well-appointed condo with 2 bedroom with queen beds, with a lake view from the screened-in porch and a pool nearby. The perfect location is less than 5 miles from North Myrtle and Cherry Grove beaches. Shopping, golfing, restaurants and entertainment can be found in one direction over the Intracoastal Waterway, and Calabash and Waterfront Landing in the other, also offering local eateries and music. HOA rules do not allow; motorcycles, RVs and boats The space The nicely furnished living room has TV, free wifi and an electric fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead to a screened-in porch and view of the lake and nature walking trail. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffeemaker and all necessary cookware, dish ware and utensils. There is a washer and dryer in the condo available for guests to use. The cute bedrooms with one queen bed in each bedroom and an large closets and each have their own bathroom, with supplied towels and shower products. Guest access Guests will enter through a keypad entry and have the use of all parts of the condo. They also have access to either of the swimming pools on the property, the closest being right across the parking lot from the condo. There is one parking space in front for guests to use. Please park additional vehicles in spaces on opposite side of lot. Other things to note The condo is located in the Cypress Bay development off of highway 17. HOA rules do not allow; motorcycles, RVs and boats in the development. REQUIRED PARKING PASS to park in front of the building. A $10 refundable fee is added to the cost. Please leave the parking pass and we will refund you $10.
