Room with Private BR/Bath, Close to Hiking

Take a break from sightseeing at this cozy townhouse. Enjoy a recently renovated private one bedroom and one bathroom. Shared spaces include a living room with record player, kitchen/dining and backyard with deck and grill. Dog lovers will be greeted by my lovable 4 year old Pittbull mix. She is allowed on furniture, so a little bit of dog hair is expected around the house. If you have allergies to dogs, or do not like dogs, this is not the house for you. The space This is a three bedroom, two bathroom home. One of these bedrooms and one bathroom is reserved for the guests. It also includes shared spaces such as the kitchen/dining, living areas, front patio and backyard/deck. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, two night stands, smart TV, closet, shoe rack, dresser and ceiling fan. The guest bathroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower, toilet and vanity/sink. Guest access Guests are allowed access to all shared spaces (living rooms, patio, deck, etc). Access to garage storage area may be permitted case by case. During your stay This house is my current residence. I will be around on my days off and will be available via text if you need recommendations throughout the city or if there are questions/concerns. Other things to note My dog will always be home. It is important that she does not escape through the front door. She is allowed access to the backyard and house as she wants/needs. She is more than happy to hang out with you on the back deck when the weather is nice :) Security cameras are in place in the common living space for safety, as well as the exterior of the home.
