Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Come and stay at ‘Shepherds Rest’ in the small hamlet of Broxholme which is 5 minutes by car from the nearby village of Saxilby and 15 minutes from the historical city of Lincoln. Peaceful, rural location. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second room has 2 single beds. The space All towels and bedding are included, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized dishwasher, oven, grill, hob, extractor, microwave and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. The kitchen has all the essential cooking equipment needed. Small quantities of tea, coffee, sugar and milk are supplied to get you started. Daily essentials for the kitchen are also supplied such as washing up liquid, wash cloths, dishwasher tablets and drying towels. This cosy space has a a beautiful fully enclosed limestone patio/grass area with a summer house. The garden is dog secure and also has a large, gravelled drive which is suitable for several cars. Guests can enjoy the peaceful tranquil garden supplied with Rattan sofa and chairs and a patio table, chairs and an umbrella. There are accessible peaceful farm walks and there is also private course fishing from the nearby River Till which is approximately a 15 minute walk across the farmland. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space and garden Other things to note Please note that although there a 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom they are only 2 foot wide and therefore more suited to children over 2 and teenagers. Shepherds Rest is situated next to a working farm yard so some noise may be heard from tractors/combines during daylight hours.
