We have a well stocked kitchen, AC, washer/dryer, TV, high-speed WiFi, record player, memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets. We are remote work friendly with two sets of desks and monitors. One set is in the living room and the other in the bedroom so two people can both work from home and be on calls with the door closed Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, bakeware, cooking essentials, all the spices and sauces you can imagine.
