Between the Loire with its castles and the Loir with its many tourist sites, Thierry and Jean welcome you to a gîte classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, independent and tastefully renovated, with a living area of 92 m2 on 2 levels, 5 beds, with terraces. It is in the extension of the main house, a historic 18th century residence. The 9000 m2 wooded park is available to visitors. Very quiet neighborhood at the entrance to the village next to a 15th century chapel. The space Ground floor: bedroom 1 of 21 m2 with double bed and TV, fully equipped dining room-kitchen 22 m2, bathroom 10 m2 (starter kit shampoo and shower gel provided). Upstairs: 15 m2 mezzanine with TV, bedroom 2, 22 m2 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Free Wi-Fi. 1000W electric inertia heaters in every room (October to April). Exterior: terrace on the moat side equipped with a plancha – relaxation terrace to the south under the lime trees with garden furniture. Guest access The accommodation is adjoining the owners' residence but it is totally independent. It has two private accesses: one park side (south) and the other water garden side (north).
