Double room in suburban family home

Our house is in the suburbs and located closer to the countryside, the A1 and other transport routes than the city of Newcastle itself - but downtown is still only 10mins away. Airport/ rail station pick up/drop off for £10 each way The space A lovely double bed in a private bedroom, table and chair, hanging and storage space. Family shower room - we've no bath........ Breakfast / supper in the kitchen or sunroom, big garden with space to lounge and relax. Well behaved children and pets are welcome, but its really more of an adult environment. Guest access You can share our living space, the sun room, garden. During your stay As this is my home, I am usually around to share this beautiful area with my guests. You can be private or join our actvities..... Other things to note You can eat with us in the evening if you'd like to............. we are foodies and love to share a bottle of wine or a local beer....... Bring your favourite tipple................
