The space The apartment is located in Albufeira, one of the liveliest and most touristic cities of the Algarve, where you will enjoy splendid beaches, 2 ultra lively city centers, one in front (Baixa), the second within a few minutes, and majestic golf courses overlooking the sea. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beachfront villa, with a separate entrance that is on the ground floor; it consists of a very large living room that's about 40 m², with an open concept kitchen/dining area and living room overlooking a large terrace, all with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, the beach, the coast and the entrance to the marina! On the ground floor: Private entrance hall with access to the marble staircase that serves the 1st floor. 1st floor: The fully fitted and equipped kitchen, the living room with a large flat-screen TV, unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection. Two bedrooms, 10 m2 each, with good quality bedding, 140 X 190 double bed with large closet. A shower room with 2 basins and a giant mirror, a toilet. Large terrace. 2nd floor: There is a very large solarium that's about 40 m2, with exceptional views of the sea and the old town! You will also find, another independent extra bedroom entirely in the attic (note: the ceiling height at THE HIGHEST is only 1 m 80!), it is completely open to its private bathroom, overlooking the fabulous terrace. With a 140 X 190 bed. Access is via an external staircase located on the main terrace of the apartment. On the second floor is also the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and toilet. The accommodation is about 65 m2 without the 2nd-floor attic, and has reversible air conditioning (hot/cold). The apartment is bathed in light and very warm.
