Amazing pool house with boat dock

Come lounge in this beautiful house that features a Koi pond, refreshing pool in the center of the home and a boat dock in the backyard. Glass doors give the house a 360 view of the pool area and there is lots of natural sunlight. The high end kitchen features stone counters, top of the line appliances, dishwasher, gas grill/stove, wine fridge and bar sink. The living room features Italian furniture. All perfect for enjoying a nice meal or preparing your favorite cocktail. The space Just 5 to 10 minutes from the SJU International Airport, the best metro area beaches in Isla Verde and Condado, night life, hotels, restaurants, and bars. 7 minutes away from Isla Verde. 10 minutes away from Condado. 12-15 minutes away from Old San Juan. 40 minutes away from El Yunque. Guest access Access to boat dock, private pool area, big terrace out back by the marina, 2 outdoor parking spots and street parking. Please limit parking to spots on the driveway in front of the garage and directly in front and side of the house. There should be no more than 5 cars total per stay and you must not block or park in neighboring houses. Other things to note The property is located in a residential area - parties and events are prohibited. The property is only intended for use of guests on the reservation. *Linens: Not all towels and sheets are new for every single guest, but they are in good conditions and machine washed and dried. There will be a fine for mistreatment of any and all linens so please treat them as your own. There are a few personal items in the house. Some items are left inside closets and drawers, (ex. pillows, cel phone charger, etc) and can be used at your own discretion. The breaker room and single door next to the daybed near the pool are strictly off limits! If you run into a electrical problem or problem with any AC unit you must contact the host and we will gladly arrange resolution.
