Brand new double lofted Tiny Home on wheels located upon a private country hillside. Overlooking the hills of Keuka Lake, guests can enjoy radiant sunrises, knowing they are just minutes from the local wine trail/ breweries, Crispin Hill Wedding Venue, Apple/ Grape picking, the list goes on! While enjoying a cup of coffee, guests can take in a quiet and tranquil morning, all while being just a half mile from the Village of Penn Yan. The space This cozy tiny home in Penn Yan, just north of Keuka Lake in the Finger Lakes, sits on a private lot surrounded by farm fields with only one quiet neighbor. The rustic wooden interior features a kitchenette with a double sink, a small seating area, and a lofted sleeping space. Outside, a covered porch overlooks a lush lawn and trees, offering peace and seclusion. Perfect for a tranquil retreat with easy access to the region’s wineries and scenic beauty. Guest access Hollow Hills Tiny Home is a cozy self check-in Airbnb in Penn Yan, just north of Keuka Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes! You’re free to roam our 2 acres of land and explore the nearby wooded area at your leisure. Our friendly Mennonite neighbor often trains horses, so you might enjoy a delightful show during your stay! Other things to note We’re excited to share that we’ve updated our guidebook, highlighting the best new places to visit around Keuka Lake, Seneca Lake, and Canandaigua Lake from recent years. Additionally, we provide complimentary paper maps listing even more attractions. Please feel free to take as many copies as you’d like! We are available at anytime if you have any questions! The Tiny Home is supplied water from a well, this means we do have “hard water”. The water runs through a filter and water softener but you will notice a hard water smell. For your comfort during the winter months, we provide a space heater to keep you cozy in cold weather. The tiny home also features a mini-split unit in the loft, which circulates warm air throughout the space. We’ve recently added a new mini fridge, which may occasionally make a light noise when the temperature rises. The motor runs briefly until the fridge reaches the desired temperature. Please note that we conduct weekly maintenance on the tiny home. You may occasionally find the door sticks slightly due to natural ground settling, which can cause the front to be slightly off-level.
