Stunning views of Snow Basin mountain, and 15 minutes to the ski lifts. 5 bedroom, 4.5 baths, 3 level home including finished basement with separate game room and media room. Deep soaker tub in large master bath! This is our personal vacation home that we are sharing for this season only, while we're out of town. We are pre-2022 remodel so please note the minor cosmetic imperfections below & in photos. Guest access Plenty of parking but we suggest 4 wheel drive vehicles in case of snow.... and let's pray you have plenty of it!! Other things to note Note: that due to local short-term rental laws, you will actually booking a minimum of a 30 day rental, however, you may 'cancel' a portion of your stay after booking that leaves the dates that you reserve on AirBnB only. Cancellations (i.e. alterations) of this nature will likely be permitted for little to no penalty. A simple rental contract will clearly state all of these terms and will need to be executed within 48 hours of booking (the AirBnB cancelation window). The amount you see on your AirBnB request is the amount for your requested minimum dates only, not for the full 30+ days that will be stated in the agreement. This will all be discussed when you request to book and is quite; all is meant to allow you to share this amazing location while we still abide by all local laws.
