The Karrji - Stylish Tiny Living by the Beach

The Karrji is a stylish, tiny getaway a short walk from Tolcarne beach (5 mins), Lusty Glaze beach (7 mins) and the centre of Newquay (15 mins). With light and bright decor, a fitted kitchen, full bathroom with hotel amenities and 2 x guest wooden belly boards. This space is ideal for couples. The property has parking on premise making it an ideal base to explore Cornwall. The space The main room of this tiny house has the double bed, comfy chair and kitchen, with the bathroom through the folding door. The kitchen is well equipped with a sink, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and electric hobs. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink with cupboards for your use. In the main room there is a small cupboard for storage with a hanging rail available upon request. The sockets in the kitchen and living area have built in USB ports for your convenience. The Karrji is a beautifully converted garage located in the grounds of the main property. It is separated from the main house by a small alleyway which provides private guest entrance. Please note - there is a step at the entrance to the Karrji so please be careful when entering. Guest access The Karrji is separated from the main residence and has its own private entrance through the side gate and alleyway. Guests will have access to the patio area outside the Karrji. The patio links onto the main garden. Other things to note Please note - there is a friendly dog who lives in the main house and has access to the garden however will not have access to the Karrji or patio area.
