Hello! I am a homeowner, who appreciate boundaries, cleanliness and respect people's space. I will do everything I can do to make your visit comfortable (given we have an understanding and acceptance of the norms:-)) I’m a Christian who worships Jesus and enjoys meeting new people. I’m currently ONLY accepting biological female guest, due to the nature of the housing situation. Unfortunately I cannot accommodate any infants, pets of any kind or overnight guest. Thanks for your interest! The space My place is located in Summerfield, which can’t be beaten! Within walking distance to the Morgan Boulevard Metro Station, 2 miles to I-495, and just 15 minutes to DC, you'll be sure to have an easy commute. Woodmore Town Centre is minutes away with plenty of stores to enjoy like Target, Wegmans, and more. Plus FedEx Field is just 1 mile away. Cheer on the Washington Commanders or catch your favorite artist perform! Book now! Guest access Guest are welcomed on all three levels to ensure comfort living! Bottom Floor: Room 2nd Floor: Kitchen and Living Room (more pics to come!) 3rd Floor: Laundry Only (Guest will not have access to none of the rooms or bathrooms) 4th Floor: No access--this room may be rented out shortly During your stay I will be living in the home—so you can always ask questions to ensure you have everything you need. I’m also very considerate about your privacy and personal space Other things to note Please note that this room is for PROFESSIONALS ONLY! Here are some logistics details to remember during your stay😊: NO pets, No Events or No Drugs (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor smokes, ect) of any kind is allowed. Host will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY if any of these non-negotiables are not met. Guest/Quiet hours: All guest must follow quiet hours from 10pm to 8am each day of the week. Therefore, please be mindful of your voice level, computer sound and music, especially after ten pm, where guests will be sleeping. Lastly, there is NO overnight guest allowed due to the living arrangements. Turning off Lights/appliances: Please be sure to turn off lights when leaving a room or hallway and appliances in the kitchen when done or not used. Use of shoes: Absolutely NO shoes are to be worn throughout the home. You will be asked to remove your shoes and resume use of your shoes on the first level of the home only. You can use the closets on the first floor to store your shoes or hold your shoes until you enter your room. You also can use socks and in-door slippers (only), to wear throughout the home. TV Information: You have access to g play, Hulu, YouTube and Netflix on the account already programmed or sign-in on your own account. INTERNET ACCESS: Wi-Fi Name:Fios-8KMk2 Passcode: Will be disclosed upon arrival Cameras & Alarm Passcode. The home have several cameras throughout the home in common areas ONLY. Also, the home is alarmed, so you will need a passcode at times to disable the alarm. ALARM PASSWORD: Will be disclosed upon arrival **Please use when setting shows “red” display or when it goes off upon entering. Please remember… Alarm will go off if too much smoke is detected during cooking. Therefore, remember to open sliding door to Balcony during the time you are cooking and turn down AC if it’s too warm. Visitation policy: Please note that there are absolutely NO overnight guests and it's not allowed at anytime of your visit. You are allowed up to two guests at a time (8am-10pm) and they must follow all house guidelines as it pertains to Covid & noise restrictions. Guest will be asked to leave if visitation hours are not met. Emergency Kit/Fire Extinguisher: Please note there is an at home emergency kit found in the kitchen drawer on the right of the refrigerator, for small cuts. A Fire Extinguisher is found under in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Kitchen use: All dishes must be cleaned after use. No dirty dishes will be allowed in the sink overnight. You must also clean afterwards to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen. Also, please be sure to put all dishes away upon drying. Kitchen shared space: Every guest has a designated space to place belongings in cabinet, freezer and the refrigerator. Therefore, please do not use space of other guests or it may be thrown away. Laundry room: Laundry room is located on the 3rd floor. You will be required to provide your own laundry detergent. Please also be aware of not overloading the washer machine, or but may cause damage. Garage gym: You are more than welcome to use the garage gym. Please clean machines and place equipment back in original place when done. Garbage/Trash and Recycling: Trash & Recycle days are every Friday. Please place all trash outside in the appropriate bins by Thursday evening. You can also use the trash/recycle cans in the Kitchen throughout the week. Silver bin (trash) and Black bin (Recycle) Keys/Key replacement: You will be given a set of keys. The cost to replace lost/missing keys is seventy five dollars, which will pay for the replacement of all locks and new keys. Bathrooms: Please refrain from using any hair dyes, bleach or any products that will leave permanent stains or damage in the tub or sink. Doing so, will cause you to pay a cleaning or damage fee. Note on checkout day: I may do a walkthrough of room and bathroom, prior to your departure.
