Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A cute one bedroom unit with amazing views of Mt Evans and surrounding cliffs. New kitchen & fully self contained. Catch the Diamond Harbour ferry to Lyttelton - sailings from 1/2 hourly (weekends) to hourly mid-week. Great restaurants there. See metroinfo website for times. Add ons: kayak and/or SUP hire, water skiing / wakeboarding/ foiling experience - please ask James for more details The space The unit is attached to the main house by a deck but is a private space. The only need to go in to the back yard by the owner, is to feed the chooks. The unit faces the hills not the beach. You can use the table tennis table and dart board in the garage if interested - just ask me first please. Guest access The private backyard and deck. Access to unit down the left side of the house, by the container. Other things to note I have a 6 y/o choc lab (Charlie,) and Huntaway pup (Storm) who are usually at home/in the yard. They are both super friendly. We’re on tank water - please be mindful of usage during Spring / Summer / Autumn. The kitchen is equipped with a Sunbeam air fryer, microwave, rice cooker, and electric fry pan (small & large) + a small gas cooker. No pot/pans/oven/stove. Happy to provide access to washing machine / dryer for stays longer than 3 nights. Panasonic Heat Pump is the heating / air con unit.Leave on for 5mins to start. The pillows and duvet have multiple inners so if it’s too hot or bulky, just pull a layer out or add one in.
