The space This well-equipped home features an open floor plan and spacious rooms designed for a comfortable, welcoming stay. Thoughtful updates throughout create a warm, relaxed atmosphere where your vacation begins the moment you walk through the door. First Floor: The primary suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, private bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower, and sliding doors to the deck. A second first-floor bedroom features a queen bed, an adjacent full bath, and deck access—perfect for multi-generational groups. Second Floor: The main living level includes a large living area with fireplace and 4K TV, ideal for movie nights and gathering together. The dining area seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for family meals. This level also features a king bedroom with adjacent bath and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and twin futon. Expansive decks offer outdoor dining, a gas grill, and comfortable seating - perfect for enjoying bay breezes and sunset evenings. Third Floor: The crow’s nest provides stunning 360° views and a balcony overlooking the Chesapeake Bay—an ideal spot for morning coffee or unforgettable sunsets. Extras: The garage is set up as a game room with foosball, ping pong, cornhole, and beach gear including chairs and toys. A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front of the home for exterior security only. Cape Charles is a golf-cart-friendly town—be sure to reserve your cart early. Off-season stays require a 3-night minimum; summer stays are 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday.
