Far from the hustle and bustle, the house offers calm, space and serenity. The space In the heart of France, a few hours from Paris, Le Champ de Père welcomes you to an elegant and authentic refuge, designed to meet and slow down the pace. The Berry countryside unfolds its charm in any season, between unspoiled nature, absolute calm and sweetness of life. This 250 m² house, rated 5 stars, offers vast volumes bathed in light. The large, friendly kitchen invites shared meals, while the large, bright living room becomes the heart of the house. A space dedicated to children allows everyone to fully enjoy the stay. In the center of the house, the heated indoor pool promises unique moments of relaxation, regardless of the season. The wellness area completes the experience with sauna with essential oils, fitness equipment, French billiards, foosball and herbal tea. Outside, the panoramic Jacuzzi (optional) opens onto the park. The large terrace overlooking the 1.5-hectare private park extends the days: outdoor meals, barbecue, friendly evenings facing nature, walks, games and moments of contemplation. The surroundings offer many enriching discoveries: walks in the heart of the Brenne ponds, cultural visits around George Sand's house, getaways to Lake Éguzon, hiking, mountain biking and, for an unforgettable day, the Beauval ZooParc about 1 hour 15 minutes away. Le Champ de Père is much more than a house: it is a destination in its own right, ideal for gathering with family or friends, recharging your batteries and creating precious memories, over the seasons. Guest access Guests have access to the unshared heated pool overlooking a wooded park, with petanque court, ping pong table, terrace with deckchairs, summer/winter stone barbecue. Optional Wellness Area and Jacuzzi Other things to note I have been an owner for 17 years and my gîte is rated 5 épis, a guarantee of quality and trust. I am committed to welcoming each guest personally at check-in (no key box) to create a relationship of trust as soon as you arrive. The house is nestled in the countryside: here, silence is a real luxury. The only nuisances are those of nature… a return to the source with all modern comforts. You will enjoy an indoor heated pool overlooking the living room, accessible all year round without having to go outside to swim. The estate has a private park of 1.5 hectares, fully fenced, with secure parking, ideal for families. Guests can also bring their bikes for beautiful walks in the area. For stays with small children, I provide all the necessary baby items free of charge (folding bed with comfortable bedding, changing pad, bathtub, baby monitor). Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Check-in is scheduled at 5 p.m., but if you are delayed by the road, no stress: I can adapt at no extra cost.
