Just 20-min walk to Cannock Chase Forest, 10-min to Rugeley Town Station, and 15-min to the town centre, it’s perfectly placed for both nature escapes and easy travel. Inside, every space has its own charm: (Total floor area 603 sq.ft/ 56 sq.m) • Rococo-style living room: stylish and cosy, ideal for unwinding. • London-themed bedroom: featuring a comfy double bed and warm lighting. • Teal Harmony office: a calm corner for reading or remote work. • Fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and a guest toilet. • Small private garden: perfect for fresh air and relaxation. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire house, no sharing with others. Please make yourself at home during your stay. • Maximum 2 adult guests only please. (The neighbours appreciate a quiet environment and may raise concerns if extra guests stay overnight.) • Feel free to use the kitchen to prepare your own meals or breakfast. (For food safety reasons, breakfast items and milk are not provided while I’m away. Thank you for your understanding.) • No smoking please. The smoke alarm is very sensitive and extremely loud. • Kindly remove shoes inside the house to help keep it fresh and comfortable. • Parking: two free allocated spaces are available behind the house for your convenience. • Please note: there’s no TV in the house.
