The space This 3 bedroom home has been recently renovated, with a lovely outdoor entertaining area for leisurely outdoor dining and cosy nights by the fire pot. A bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, boastingTassie blackwood bench-tops. We provide complimentary tea, coffee & espresso grind for our coffee machine to enjoy your morning brew by the fire or outside in the sun. Other essential inclusions include oil, salt & pepper. The living area is cosy & comfortable with a wood heater and some games and books to keep you entertained. Free Wi-Fi included- A great environment for working from home. Panel heaters are also available for the living room & bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a comfortable bunk bed, perfect for couples, friends and families. There's plenty of parking for boats, trailers and cars to accommodate your adventures! The bathroom has a gas hot water shower (great water pressure) with complimentary soap, shampoo & conditioner. Laundry includes a washing machine & clothes drying horse. The Nubeena Cafe & Lucky Ducks Cafe is located a few minutes' stroll away, as is the local IGA and Bottle O' for all your essentials. The boat ramp is down the road and we are located close by to our favourite parts of the Peninsula- Ship Stern Bluff, Three Capes Track, Port Arthur & Eagle Hawk Neck.
