Take a break and relax at this rural oasis. Enjoy a modern yet characterful guesthouse within a 5 minute drive of the quaint, coastal village of St Agnes. Lovely walks from the doorstep leading onto the South West Coast Path or local country pub just 20 minutes away. Centrally located within Cornwall making it an ideal exploration base. Please note - we have a friendly dog on site who likes to say hello to guests. The space Historically used as a farm store, the guesthouse is newly renovated but the original building dates back to the late 1800s. The accommodation has a bright, clean and comfortable kitchen/living space with a dining table and chairs. A snug area with sofa and TV provide a cosy area to curl up and relax in after a day at the beach or exploring the local scenery. Fully equipped, modern kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Milk, tea and coffee are provided on your are provided on arrival. Contemporary, limestone bathroom with basin, large shower, toilet and towel radiator. One bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, a small clothes rail/shelving unit and a chest of drawers. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the cost of the accommodation. The door leads out on to the old farmyard. Guests have access to this gravelled area (shared for occasional parking use by owners) plus sole use of a small grass/patio area with views over the orchard. An outdoor table and chairs are provided, perfect for al fresco dining or a relaxed glass of wine in the sunshine. Guest access The guesthouse forms part of the old farmyard area along with the farm cottage and renovated barn. Access to the accommodation is up a small set of slate steps, or a ramp. Other things to note Please note, there is an additional fee of £50 that will be charged if you lose the guesthouse key during your stay.
