The apartment is deep cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival. Guest access Guests have have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The Apartment is Booked based upon the number of guests you selected when booking. No additional people or unregistered guests are allowed to enter the property without prior permission. A charge of £50 pppn will be claimed if you are found to be in breach of this rule and have added extra guests regardless of whether they stay a full night. Smoking or vaping is prohibitted whilst inside the building. Please respect the neighbours with limited noise between the hours of 10pm and 7am each day. Complaints about noise or other issues will result in a report to Airbnb with a potential cancellation of your booking and no refund. Parking is available on the street and at your own risk. The front door should be kept locked at all times either in or out of the property. The CCTV covers the exterior of the building for your security.
