If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway, this is the place for you. Relax and unwind in our 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage overlooking Lake Erie. Sunset View Cottage is located at the end of a private drive with enough parking space for up to 3 cars. It's spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. This is a must see to appreciate the quiet setting. You will love the view, and the privacy! The space Sunset View is a well kept older cottage with a lot of charm. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table overlooking the lake, while the living room has very comfortable oversized reclining couch and chair, for watching TV or just relaxing and visiting. The porch is the perfect place to watch the sunset or listen to the waves. Guest access Please stay 4 feet back from the lake bank. It is not fenced and children should be watched at all times. There is no beach access, only a lake view. Please do not climb the hill to the beach. It is privately owned by our neighbor and is not a part of our Airbnb. Other things to note We respect the privacy of our neighbors, therefore we do not allow parties or events of any kind. No noise after 10 pm. We ask that you respect the property boundaries of our neighbors. This cottage is considered more for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing visit. We will allow up to 8 guests - $25 ea. extra per guest for the 7th and 8th guest. There is a futon in the porch for extra guests. Firewood will be provided if you ask the host. No burning trash or anything other than firewood in the firepit. We also ask that you do not burn on days when it is windy. Sunset View cottage's policies will be strictly enforced and you may be asked to leave if rules aren't being followed.
