Spacious studio with high ceilings on the 1st floor with an open layout and plenty of natural lighting. Located on a fishermen's town in the coast of Buagsong, Cordova on MACTAN ISLAND! Get away from street and market noise. All you hear are roosters crowing. Avoid the traffic by accessing the longest bridge in the Philippines, Cebu-Cordova bridge (NCLEX), which conveniently takes you to SM Seaside Mall and Nustar Casino and the heart of Cebu City in 25 minutes. A truly unique listing. The space The building began construction in 2018 and continues to be renovated and improved when funds are available. It is known by the locals as Palasyo ni Dhalia. Once completed, it would stand at 4-story tall with a rooftop viewing deck and would arguably be considered the tallest residential building in Buagsong, Cordova. The property is away from the main road so you would not hear the typical car/tricycle noise. Usually, in the morning, you would hear the rooster's crow. At night, it is peaceful and quiet. The yard is planned to have a small swimming pool which is still under construction. There are plenty of plants and vegetables grown in the property. We recommend trying our home cooked meals with fresh vegetables cooked by our caretaker. Airport is only 30 minutes away! Guest access Although, not entirely complete, the rooftop may be accessed for a panoramic view of Cebu City and the ocean, mangroves and mountains. The backyard may also be accessed. Guests are asked to practice good judgement when accessing these areas as it is still not complete and may pose hazards. Other things to note We have recently changed the way we operate based on the comments and feedback from our previous guests. We hope all future bookings will have a more realistic expectation and we hope that it would be enjoyable and budget friendly. The location may be tricky to find since popular maps applications take our guests on a wrong route. We will do our best to provide our guests with detailed information upon booking.
