The house is located on the beach road in Espergærde, right by the beach and cafe environment. The house has a cottage atmosphere, with garden, courtyard with gas grill and beautiful balcony overlooking the Øresund, nice view of the cemetery. The house has a good location and reflects its coziness and 100 years, with a well-functioning kitchen, renovated bathroom - 3 bedrooms, living/dining room. Beautiful outdoor conditions - 1 minute to the beach and forest, down the road and you are at cafes, bakeries, Italian ice cream, pizzas and fish food. Parking space in front of the garden gate. The space The house and garden are like being in a cottage. The garden is cozy with nice nooks. The courtyard garden has a large garden table and good chairs. On the balcony there is lounge furniture and in the garden several sun loungers. The house is simply furnished for 4 people, of course, extra chairs if needed. Other things to note We won't be home when you arrive, but we have someone to help us.
