Close to all amenities yet far away from any hustle and bustle. Well appointed 5 bedroom cottage with everything you need for your stay. The rooms are generous sizes with 3 super king, 1 king and 1 queen beds. The space Our pretty and cosy cottage sits amongst 3 beautiful polo grounds, a private lake with fish and centuries old oak trees. On the edge of Stedham, one of the most picturesque villages you’ll see! Surrounded by South Downs national park walks and trail. The perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends. There are many exciting events happening on the doorstep of our place, such as polo, racing, Goodwood, and so many more! Or if you want to get some quiet time, you can simply choose to spend time cooking, lounging, walking or picnicking on the private estate. Guest access Our extensive private grounds are also a working polo facility, and private residence for the family who live here. So please enjoy the garden at Oak house, where you can sit on the patio and have your own privacy in a hedged garden. However for your own safety, and the privacy of those who live and work on the farm access to the Clubhouse, farm workshops and Barn cottage are all out of bounds. There are however a lot of walking tracks in the village and public footpaths to explore where there is a river and South Downs national park on your doorstep. Other things to note Our place is a working estate. You may see staff and other guests from time to time. We have horses on the property as well as various farm machinery and equipment. We ask that you do not interact with, touch or feed the horses, do not enter their stables or paddocks, and do not go into our sheds or buildings, and do not touch our equipment and machinery.
