No chores or cleaning checklist * Early check-in (M-F) and late check-out (Sun-Thurs) may be available with advance notice The space The Vintage Vixen is a 2600 sq foot, 2 story house built in 1895. It is located in the historic Bates Hendricks neighborhood featured on Two Chicks and a Hammer's Good Bones on HGTV! An 8-9 minute walk leads you to the heart of Fountain Square, an area with some of the best shops, bars, and art galleries. 5 minute ride to Lucas Oil Stadium, 7 minutes to convention center. This is a private home, and there are no shared spaces.  I travel a lot and know what I love to find in Airbnbs.  There are plenty of towels, Bath & Body Works hand soap, plenty of hooks and hangers, trash cans in every room, and four full-length mirrors. The home is professionally cleaned between every stay. Linens are professionally laundered, and comforters are washed between each and every guest. There are no chores or cleaning lists on checkout day--you are on vacation!! Adjust the thermostat however you like! There is a window AC unit upstairs for your comfort. The backyard features vintage tiki decorations, solar powered tiki torches, and a HOT TUB! There is a 6 foot tall privacy fence that is reinforced for small dogs. Dogs ARE allowed! The vintage travel themed living room has the most comfortable couches and blackout curtains for privacy. There are plenty of games and extra blankets, and a Sonos speaker for listening to music. There is a Firestick TV. An original Victorian pocket door can close this room off!  The vintage French dining room has cocktail supplies and another Sonos speaker. French doors open up to bedroom #3, the vintage art/library themed room. Doors can be opened, and the twin bed can be used as a couch for more of a community space. There is a second trundle bed underneath that can be neatly tucked away. This bedroom has a Firestick TV. A light pink Audrey Hepburn themed bathroom has a hair dryer, plenty of towels, makeup towels, and multiple amenities. This is situated between bedrooms #2 and #3. The light pink Old Hollywood themed bedroom #2 has a chandelier with memory foam mattress. There are plenty of hangers and lots of drawer space. This room has a TV with a firestick. The vintage tea room has a variety of fun teacups and cocktail glasses in the original built-in China cabinet.  The vintage lemon kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking and baking needs. The kitchen has a Keurig with an assortment of coffees, creams, and sweeteners. There is also a traditional coffee maker, a French press coffee maker, and and iced coffee maker. There is another Sonos speaker in here for listening to music while cooking. Upstairs leads to the master bathroom with a big tub and vintage shower system! This also has its own hair dryer, curling iron, towels, and amenities.  The master bedroom has three skylights with remote-controlled blackout shades. There is a desk with a hole punch, stapler, and pens. Sconces have LED candles. The upstairs also has a Sonos speaker and smart TV with Firestick. There is an ironing board, plenty of drawer space and hangers, and additional towels. To keep cool, there are ceiling fans and a separate window AC unit. Guest access Halo Kwikset keypad on front and back doors. Codes changed for every guest. Batteries changed regularly. Other things to note * I elected to leave a lot of my personality in the house, so there is some art with the human form, art with skeletons and brains upstairs, two bookshelves with a wide variety of books including some adult topics, and some funny signs with curse words or double entendres. There are also many alcohol-themed posters, cocktail accessories, and wine/margarita/cocktail glasses. * The Vintage Vixen does allow short stays with pets. I use professional cleaners between every stay who do an amazing job, but if you have severe allergies, the house may not be the best fit. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted due to allergies of those that frequent the home. * Upstairs is open concept, so while bathroom has 4 walls, it is not completely closed off at the top due to skylights and slant of ceiling! * The lawn mowing crew typically comes by Tuesdays-Thursdays during the spring, summer, and fall. Please let me know if this is an issue, and we can work around your schedule. * Trash pickup is Tuesday morning. You do not have to do anything. I will be by to bring the trash to the curb on Monday. I can schedule this at a time that works for you. I will NOT go inside the house. * Recycling pickup every other Thursday. If this falls during your stay, I will be by to take the recycling across the street and back the next day. I will not go through the yard and will go through the alleyway. I will NOT go inside the house. * For stays longer than a few days, I will be by every couple of days to ensure the hot tub is chemically balanced and functioning properly for your comfort and safety! I will NOT go inside the house.
