This historical farmhouse was built in 1918 & completely renovated. Lovely front porch with swing, open floor plan with a modern kitchen, formal dining, 2 large bathrooms with shower & tub, 1st FLOOR. Butlers pantry/ laundry room. The outdoor area has a huge deck, with plenty of seating, lounge swing, gas fire pit, outdoor kitchen, gas grill & 65" Roku TV. The space Entire house private back yard and large deck with out door kitchenette; includes: gas grill, refrigerator, stainless steal prep table, sink, 65" Roku TV, sound bar, sofa with screened tent, dining table, gas, fire pit,  lounge chairs to sun bath! PLEASE NOTE*****The property also features 2 additional separate guest homes available for rent. They both have private parking spots and private gated entrances. Please check for availability if you require more accommodations for additional guests & do not disturb guests. 🅿️ Parking is available directly in front of the Farmhouse. 2 spaces are reserved for the home. Guest access 🅿️2 Parking spaces are available directly in front of the Farmhouse, guests have full use of house , front porch and private back deck. Please DO NOT park or disturb the guest homes located on either side of the property. Other things to note This property has 2 additional homes which are also rented year round. Each home has separate parking, private entrances and private yard. These rentals do not have access to the other rentals private back yard. The guest homes are available for rent separately if needed. Please check with me for availability. All guests are required to sign the wavier for the bikes regardless of intent to use. This is a requirement of our insurance company. By booking with us you are agreeing to this waiver. Please DO NOT smoke in the home. If you break this rule you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund and you agree to a cleaning surcharge of $400.00. Check in is at 3 pm. Your codes will not work until 3 pm. Please do not a disturb the other guests or the cleaning crew by knocking on the door and asking them to let you in unless you have confirmed with the host prior. We want to ensure our guests are not disturbed and our cleaning crew is able to clean as scheduled. IMPORTANT NOTE: Florida is a humid, wet natural environment with lots of nature...many bugs and lizards are present in Florida. We have contracted for our pest control and they come monthly as well as on an as needed basis in the event it is a particular wet season. Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for lizards, and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or lizards to get inside through an open door, window, etc. We DO NOT offer refunds for a bug, moth, mosquito, lizard or spider inside. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent these situations from occurring. Thank you for understanding.
