The space 🏊 Our pool is saltwater which is healthier for your skin and optimal pool maintenance. This does not mean that it feels salty like the sea, neither does your eyes burn when they come in contact with the water, nor does it feel the itching that the chlorine pools often leave on your skin.😌 🌳In the town of Cidra sector Los Pinos away about 10 minutes from downtown. The city of Cidra is about 40 minutes from San Juan and 15 minutes from the nearest Walmart. A large, clear, cool, and relaxing space. Ideal to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and connect with nature, in a tropical setting, perfect for your rest. 🏡The property: 🛌- One bedroom with a queen bed, closet for storing clothes, split type air conditioning, inflatable mattress, table and ideal chair for work area as and how it is appreciated in the pictures. We always leave them extra bedding and blankets. 📺 The room is spacious and has a sofa for reading. There is a Mini Market that is only 3 minutes from the property “Arenas mini market” 🧊- Just like if you need to buy ice in that Mini Market you can get it. 🍖 -The BBQ is charcoal, we do not offer charcoal. If guests wish to use it, they must bring it. 🍃- The outdoor spaces are very spacious, full of nature and we have created different living areas for your comfort. The patio is typical open for country grounds, if you plan to bring your pet should take it into consideration. 🛟Pool floats may vary based on availability. 💫We want you to feel like you are at home and don't have to go out to get anything outside.🙏😊 If you are in Puerto Rico the "chinchorreo" we characterized us we have created a guide of varieties of restaurants, bakeries among other places of interest for their best experience, where you can enjoy the Boricua flavor. It is a two level house, only the first level for the accommodation is offered. The apartment has been stocked with all your basic needs of kitchen, bathroom, and bedding, offers all the comforts for a quiet and comfortable retreat. The TV has local channels. The patio has several fruit trees that you can enjoy during your stay. We care about you and are taking all necessary precautions to make sure you have a safe stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor of the property including the entire patio, the land is sloping, you must be careful if you walk on it, we are not responsible for guest negligence. We provide you with a key code on the day of your arrival and provide you with privacy during your stay. Other things to note ‼️Important note: Late check-out will be charged $50 for each additional hour, as well as if guests enter before check-in. ‼️ ❌No cooking oil is offered.
