Beautiful ranch-style house with modern comforts is waiting for you. Our vacation home (built in 2017) with very high ceilings includes new appliances and luxury furnishings. This home offers 2,300 square feet of space with an open living room, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The backyard has a swimming pool during the summers and a BBQ grill. (Pool is closed during the winters.) We have a ping pong table and EV charger in the garage. Our home is only 20 minutes away from the North Fork. The space The living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom all include a large smart HD TV. The master bedroom has a master bathroom with 2 large walking closets. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom. There's a swimming pool during the summer months from June through Labor Day Weekend in September. There is no heater for the swimming pool. Guest access Full access to the house (except for the basement which will be locked). Guests will have a separate entrance to the house. Other things to note The community is adjacent to a 46-acre pristine wooded preserve with easy access to some of the region’s most beautiful natural sights, wineries, farms, breweries and beaches.
