1950’s bungalow in green surroundings.

We welcome you to our house in the greens. It accommodates 5-6 persons. The main space offers direct access to the terrace and spacious garden with bonfire place, berry bushes, trampoline, and a pet rabbit. Our sweet cat Mumi lives here too. Perfect for families with kids. Walk distance to the nearby woods. Swimming lakes are 5 mins by car. Birkerød center and grocery stores are only 10 mins. walk. Copenhagen is only 25 mins. by train. (Local station is 2 mins walk). The space Wake up to sounds of birds and have your morning coffee in the green garden. The house is fully equipped with all you need for a home-feeling and comfortable stay. Easy commute to Copenhagen and other cities in “North Sealand”. The house is a mid century spacious bungalow with a contemporary feel to it. Lots of big windows makes one feel like nature is right there, enjoying an occasional squirrel play in the trees just outside. The house is nice and old, so one must be prepared for a summerhouse vibe and not a newly top to toe renovated place. We think our house is something special, and the feeling of being close to nature is important to us. If the days are rainy and chilly, we light the fireplace, and in summertime we open the doors to the terrace and enjoy life where the outside and the inside merge. Guest access Only space not accessible is our studio, which is a separate part of the house. We will lock it up an store stuff while away. The main living space is fully accessible. Other things to note The house is also home to Mumi the family cat. He needs to be fed once a day. He is very friendly and loves to come and go, (he has his own cat-door). He also likes to snuggle up during the night on the living room floor or sofa - or maybe in the bedrooms occasionally. So our guests must be OK with him being around. This is the reason pets are not allowed to be brought to the house. We also have a rabbit in the garden (in a cage), which needs to be fed daily too. One must agree to that when living in our house.
