The space The house is available for your exclusive use. All necessary cookware and dining utensils are provided. Guests are welcome to use the fireplace, the fire pit/BBQ, and the children's trampoline, as well as access the greenhouse and organic vegetable gardens. All four bedrooms are heated, and the showers feature hot water with excellent pressure. Three of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers; the fourth bedroom has its bathroom and shower located just outside the room. Three bedrooms are equipped with TVs featuring DirecTV and/or Netflix. Wi-Fi service is excellent throughout the house. If you are looking for something smaller, this same house is available in a separate listing without the fourth (master) bedroom. Guest access The house is available completely for its use with exclusivity. All kitchen tools for cooking and dinning utensils are available. Guests can use the gas fireplace, the fire pit/BBQ, the trampoline for the kids, and have access to the greenhouse and organic garden. Other things to note We speak English, Spanish, German, and French. Feel free to ask us about our hikes or other outdoor activities in the region (available for an additional fee). The cabin located 50m from the main house is not included in this listing but is available to book via a separate Airbnb listing—either together with the house or independently. This cabin accommodates up to 4 people in two floors and features a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge, a bathroom/shower with hot water, Wi-Fi, a TV, and so much more.
