Please enjoy your own devices using headphones or earbuds. The space We provide a clean, safe environment with everything you need. You are looking at the GROUND FLOOR room which is 1 of 3 on one side of a duplex. Each room accommodates up to 2 people. There are two rooms upstairs that share a bathroom and one room downstairs that has a private bathroom. Enjoy the large, fenced-in backyard and covered patio! Guest access On-site laundry, kitchen, patio, and large backyard. Upon request enjoy a fire pit and hammock. You are even welcome to play with our super cute, precious puppy Bravo who lives in the adjacent unit. During your stay LONG TERM GUESTS WELCOME! We’re super friendly. Text me if you need anything. Amount of interaction is up to the guest. Other things to note The Tanger Outlet Mall is close by. 15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids or if you want to spend some time away from that hustle and bustle, we are super close to Rivertown Mall, Celebration Cinemas, grocery stores, tons of restaurants, etc.
