A Simpler Time Country Cottage in Wine Country

A Simpler Time Country Cottage is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Tucked in a small hamlet between Keuka and Seneca Lakes our home is about 10 minutes from Penn Yan, and less than 30 minutes from Geneva or Watkins Glen. Dozens of wineries, amazing state parks, beautiful lakes, farms, shopping, and so much more all close by. We invite you to come make yourself at home. Ask us about special pricing for traveling workers. The space Guest will enter through the 3 season porch at the back of the house. After entering your personal code on the Schlage keypad, guests will enter the kitchen and dining room area. The kitchen has a stove, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, and laundry station. The dining room table has seating for 6. Off of the dining room is a cozy livingroom. There is one small queen bedroom in the downstairs with a small shower bathroom attached. A different door from the dining room leads upstairs where there is a lounge with a small workspace and a few chairs. There are two king bedrooms upstairs as well as a full bathroom. Guest access Guest will have access to all the living areas of the house and to the backyard. The attic, basement, and garage building are not accessible to guests.
