Other things to note Lawn Crew - Wednesday mornings. Parking - 4 spots in the driveway and room for trailer or boat parking on the road as it is located a a semi private circle with minimum traffic Pool cleaning - Wednesday, Thursday or Friday depending on check-in and check-outs. Pool is open concept and is 30% warmer than covered pools. Windy days can cause some debris in the pool between cleanings. Feel free to let me know if you need it skimmed. The garage is not included in the rental. Please let me know when you would like to access the laundry. My goal is to make you comfortable and have an enjoyable vacation. I have had some amazing guest and I believe that shows in my reviews and as a Superhost 4 times in a row with 0 host cancelations and honoring on-time checkins. There is an addition, mother- in-law suite that was added on the back of the garage when built and It is NOT a rental! and will be occupied occasionally. The mother-in-law has its own private gated entrance, fenced yard. The unit does not share or access pool, pool deck, private back yard or the 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental.
