Cozy room with private bathroom in Ñuñoa

Welcome to our home. We are happy to welcome you to our apartment. We are a couple and we live with our dog Eva and our cat Luis, both are very peaceful and friendly. The room has a private bathroom outside the room just for your use. The space The room is north-facing so it receives sunlight in the mornings and afternoons, and it has blackout curtains in case you prefer darkness. Guest access You can use our kitchen and the apartment's common areas. We only ask that you leave the space clean after occupying it. If you want to wash clothes, we'll do it for you for a small fee. If you want to smoke, you can do so, but only on the terrace. During your stay We're happy to help with anything you need, recommendations, directions to get somewhere, and anything else we can help you with.
