We are 10 minutes from the historic centre and a 5-minute walk from ITESM. It works at a speed of 150 Mbps. It has a double bed and blackout blinds. Also: a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a 50" smart TV with Netflix, a wardrobe and a desk. We'll bill your stay! 100% smoke-free space. The space The place is suitable for rest and ideal for working. The room is private and has a kitchen, bathroom and desk. There are no common areas in our accommodation. We gladly work to make your stay very comfortable with high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Guest access Only the studio you book is at your disposal, which is on the upper floor, there are no common areas inside the accommodation.
