The room is on the 1st(ground level) floor with a Memory Foam Queen size bed, exclusive(NOT en-suite) washroom and shared shower room with another Airbnb guest. It is 10 mins walking to various choices of restaurants and 4 mins to the bus stop. FREE PARKING. IMPORTANT NOTE: The shower is on the 2nd floor. No TV. Room near entrance, may have some noise. Light sleepers please consider before booking. A CAT lives here, please consider before booking. The space Keurig Coffee Machine, Tea, Water Dispenser, Bottled Water, Juice, Dinnerware and Cutlery are available in the kitchen. Washer/Dryer are located in the basement which will be available between 10am to 6pm. (Detergents, softener, bleach are offered). There is other room available in the same house. Please ask me if you need more than one room. The FIRE DISTINGUISHER is under the kitchen sink and the FIRST AID KIT is in the drawer of the side table on the second floor hallway. After each guest checks out, the room will be scanned with anti-spying devices to detect hidden cameras, ensuring the privacy of the guests. Ultra High Speed Fiber 1.5G Wifi. Printer & scanner is available upon request. IMPORTANT NOTE: The price will be different for one person stay and for two persons stay. Make sure you check the numbers of person will stay when you are booking. Please KEEP QUIET AFTER MIDNIGHT because the owner and other guests might live in the house. NO TV.
