The Park House of Prescott Valley - Room #1

A clean, relaxing house near the park. Not suitable for Pets or Children under 2yrs of age. Glass tables, rough edges, unprotected outlets, toys with small parts are in common areas, multi-level common area, not suitable for children under two. Your hosts share common areas with guests and due to allergies do not allow animals into the home. TPT:21334864 The space Three of our four bedrooms are reserved for guest's use and the bathroom will be shared with other guests in the home. This is Room #1 which has a California king bed and a full-sized air mattress (upon request). This property has a large back yard with a swing set and slide for children between the ages of 3 and 12 years of age. The Mountain Valley Park and splash pad are only 1/2 mile away. Guest access Guests access the property by entering a secure PIN on the front door's deadbolt. Each room has is own unique key for guest security. During your stay Guests can reach us by the Airbnb app by text or by knocking on our door. We will give guests their privacy but are open to answer questions or just talk.
